A
native Southern Californian, I was born June 13, 1953 in Culver
City where I lived until I went to the University of Nebraska
in Lincoln on a full football scholarship in 1972. I met my wife,
Ann, there and we were married in June of 1974. Our first daughter,
Katie was born a year later in Nebraska. We relocated to the Inland
Empire in March of 1977 where our second daughter, Elizabeth,
was born in July at San Antonio Hospital. Our third daughter,
Maggie, was born in February of 1980, also at SACH. Our family
moved to Upland in August of 1983. We chose Upland as our home
because of the outstanding school district, our church affiliation
and its warm community atmosphere.
I
am very excited about the future of Upland and am looking forward
to serving you, the citizens and business owners of our city.
