Location: Carnegie Cultural Center, 123 D St
Teens, come play board games and our Nintendo WiiTM. If you own a DSTM, you can bring it along and challenge other DS players on our wireless network.

24th Annual 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular
Date: 7/4/2010 • Time: 9:00 p.m.
Location: Upland High School Football Stadium
The City of Upland is proud to present its 24th Annual Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular Celebration! This year's celebratory show will feature over 1500 pyrotechnic shells. Ravelers will be performing prior to the fireworks display. Tickets will go on sale on June 1 at Upland Recreation and Community Services, Upland Public Library, Ford of Upland and New York Pizza Company. $7.00 per person. 2 Years and Under: FREE. The ticket booth and admission gates at the stadium will open at 5:30 p.m., with Ravelers performance beginning at 6:00 p.m. The Fireworks Sky Concert is scheduled for 9:00 p.m. For sponsorship information, please contact the Recreation Division at (909) 931-4281.

Adults will learn about growing vegetables and herbs, composting and water conservation. Pre-registration for this program, including a give-away edible plant, begins June 26th.

Location: Magnolia Park, 651 W. 15th Street, Upland
Yep, it's that time of the year again! Kids (ages 5-12 years old), clean out your closets, drawers, under your beds and get your old (but still in good condition) games and toys together and LET'S MAKE SOME MONEY!!! Pre-registration is required as space is limited for your 10X10 foot space. To register, visit us under the Youth Course section, phone the office or stop by Magnolia Recreation Center prior to August 11th to make sure your spot it reserved. There is a fee of $5.00 per child. *Please note, only hand-crafted items may be sold if crafted by children and no food or beverage may be sold.
