I am proud to be a member of the Upland community. My wife Ann and I chose Upland as our home because of the outstanding school district, historic downtown, beautiful Euclid Avenue, San Antonio Community Hospital, our church affiliation and its warm small town atmosphere. It has been a pleasure and a great blessing to be a part of the planning of the future of our city for the past twenty years. With our many involvements and friendships we have developed roots in this area that are both deep and strong.
